Eku "construction system" are divided into seven main product categories, each with its own range of different functional and aesthetic features:
· Eku Al: aluminium systems to produce casement, sliding door and window fittings.
· Eku TT: “thermal break” aluminium systems to produce casement, sliding, lift-slide door and window fittings.
· Eku Woodart: aluminium-wood systems with or without “thermal break” to produce casement, and lift-slide door and window fittings.
· Eku Oscuranti: aluminium systems to produce shutters, blinds, and awnings.
· Eku Veranda: aluminium systems to produce concertina-folding veranda doors.
· Eku Porte: aluminium systems with or without “thermal break” to produce interior, exterior and industrial doors.
· Eku Glass: “thermal break” aluminium systems to produce full-wall fittings and curtain walling.
Each of these lines contains a series of products that have similar overall features but which differ in terms of their performance and cost.
The Eku “system” includes a range of extruded sections, in aluminium alloy 6060, for the installation of windows, doors, window and shop displays, shutters, blinds, shades, veranda doors and curtain walling.
Various product types are available including: casement, sliding, lift-slide, hinged, lift-up, fanlight, protruding and tilt-turn sliding windows.
A wide range of aluminium profile shapes is offered: square, rounded, or in the form required.
Furthermore, we offer an extensive range of colours and surface finishing, including:
· anodizing: surface colouring in silver, bronze, titanium, steel, and other particular aesthetic finishing such as satin, chrome, sand-blasted or gloss
· painting and varnishing: Standard matt or gloss RAL colours, including marbled, sand, and fake-wood finishing
· film-covering: wood-veneering and PVC film
Each, and every “Eku system”, is designed, produced, proven and tested strictly in-line-with the European norms. Testing is carried out in certified laboratories in order to guarantee the best performance of the finished product in the following areas:
· thermal insulation
· sound-proofing
· water-proofing and air-tightness
· wind-proofing
