The Eku Veranda series comprise aluminium profiles allowing the installation and fitting of concertina veranda doors.
Apartments with a terrace or garden, public premises with considerable covered space or environments where it is necessary to have an uninterrupted view to the exterior, are typical applications for the Eku Veranda series.
What is most particular about this series is that it allows users the opportunity to open-up wide wall spaces to the outside and thereby guarantee to the interior, maximum brightness and luminosity.
The simple-to-use concertina doors also solve the problems of space associated with large swing-opening casement fittings, employing specific accessories to stack and store the casement fittings, as well as minimising the space required to open them. This allows users the pleasant sensation of having a minimum obstacle between the exterior and interior environment , whilst in no way undermining quality and guaranteeing excellent thermal and sound-proofing performance.
The Eku Veranda series allows the manufacture of both window verandas and verandas with shutters in order to meet architectural requirements, the needs of homeowners and optimise flexibility of use.
The opportunity to choose a low window-sill height also allows users the chance to limit as much as possible any form of architectural barrier or obstruction and optimise accessibility to the premises.
The Eku Veranda series allow the installation of fittings that – depending on the combination of insulating glass and frames employed - are in full compliance with heat transmission rate limits as stipulated by current Italian legislation governing construction industry energy-saving (Law decree.192, 2005 and Law decree. 311, 2006).
