A brief interview with Giuseppe Perino, a partner of TS Aludesign, the company that installed the doors and windows of the building illustrated in our case history.
Could you please give us a short presentation of the company…
TS-Aludesign was established in 2015, created after 30 years of experience gained in various building yards featuring highly varied and diverse installation works. All of the figures working in the company have grown in the aluminum processing sector.
We have two headquarters, one in Besana in Brianza (MB) with two solar greenhouses that host the installation of various kinds of closing and shading systems, and another in Monza where our product cutting and development plant is located and where the various aluminum processes are showcased.
Who are your major clients?
Given that we focus on a mainly residential building market, our clients fall within a rather exclusive target that feels the need for areas dedicated to relaxation and to sunlight and thus for the ensuing comfort deriving from natural lighting and heat.
What strategies did you deploy to tackle the market crisis?
We remained faithful to our quality and service values, and we cultivated the group of loyal clients that after 10-11 years still turn to us for the replacement of the doors and windows installed.
What is your view of today’s market?
I see a market that is growing in the direction of innovation and of development of products capable of meeting the specific requirements of individual clients.
What role does your website play in your commercial strategy?
It mediates the first contact that then leads to the subsequent development of the projects, based on the always different and personalised needs of the clients.
Which product gives you the most satisfaction?
Undoubtedly the sunrooms that allow to create highly attractive spaces to be dedicated to relaxation or to entertainment in all seasons of the year.
What is it you appreciate the most in EKU?
Service speed and promptness.
Which projects are you carrying out at the moment?
We have a good number of sunrooms to construct and install.
Future initiatives or projects?
Our philosophy drives us to continuously innovate our technologies and to search for the most exclusive materials for our clients. It is a commitment that will increasingly involve us in coming years.
